I and another friend was forced to attend a four day training at Kurnool Regional office for an unfamiliar software in an urgent manner. We started the journey with great discomfort and hurt. But we finished the journey, with much joy and happiness. The persons, the place and the environment were great rather than the training. we tasted the Pulla Reddy Sweets (..most famous sweet shop in AP), Konda Reddy Burju and finally with the direct dharshan of Sri Sathya Saibaba Varu at Puttaparthi with the great help of RO people at Kurnool Regional Office. We were travelling midnight in the bus to puttaparthi.. We did not know when it would come or where we had to get down. Around 3.30 AM in the morning, everywhere darkness including the old bus, in which we were travelling. I heard a beep sound in my mobile, and I checked it with sleepiness and found to my astonishment. It read "Ohm SaiRam". We knew, the diviness in this mantra "ohm Sairam".Later came to know that all the Cellphone towers were given "Ohm Sairam" instead of puttaparthi, the village name.  Though I had not visited Shirdi, I happened to see His graceness through "Sathya Sai Baba"..

 All the persons who read such stories, I hope, will see more such miracles that will take them all to more prosperous, wealthy and healthy.

பாரதிதாசன் பாடல்களில் சமூக விழிப்புணர்வு

முகிலைக் கிழித்து வெளிக் கிளம்பும் ஒரு முழுமதி போல".... தமிழ்நாட்டில் தோழர் பாரதிதாசனின் கவிதை தேன்றியுள்ளது. புரட்சிக் கருத்துகள் அவரது உள்ளத்தில் பொங்கிப் பூரித்து, புதுமைக் கவிதைகளாக வெளிவருகின்றன. இயற்கையின் எழில், காதல், மேம்பாடு, கலை நுணுக்கம் முதலியனபற்றி அவர் இயற்றியுள்ள கவிதைகள் படிப்போரைக் களிப்புக் கடலில் ஆழ்த்தும். ஆனால், புத்துலகக்கரை கொண்டு போய்ச் சேர்க்கும். வீரச் சமுதாயம், "கடவுள்", "மதம்", என்னும் கட்டறுத்து காதல், கவிதை, கலை எனும் நறுமணச் சோலையில் உலவும் நல்ல சமுதாயம், "ஓடப்பர்" இல்லது "ஒப்பப்பர்" உள்ள சமுதாயம், வஞ்சகத்தை வீழ்த்த வாளெடுக்கத் துணியும் தீரச் சமூகம் - இது கவியின் இலட்சியம்.

தினமும் அதிகாலையில் தூக்கத்தில் இருந்து எழுந்ததும் வெறும் வயிற்றில் தண்ணீர் அருந்துவது இப்போது பிரபலமாகி வருகிறது.

1. காலையில் எழுந்ததும் பல் துலக்கும் முன்பே 4 x 160ml டம்ளர் தண்ணீர் அருந்துங்கள்.

2. பல் துலக்கி வாய் அலம்பிய பின் 45 நிமிடங்களுக்கு உணவோ, நீராகாரம் எதுவாயினும் உட்கொள்ளக் கூடாது.

3. 45 நிமிடங்களுக்குப் பின் வழமையான உங்கள் உணவை உட்கொள்ளலாம்.

4. காலை உணவின் பின் 15 நிமிடங்களுக்கும், மதிய மற்றும் இரவு உணவின் போது 2 மணி நேரங்களுக்கும் எதுவும் உட்கொள்ள வேண்டாம்.

ஒரு நாள் நண்பர் சோதனை சாவடி ஒன்றில் பணியில் இருந்தார்.
